With its 360° coverage, Full HD resolution, full-color night vision, and advanced motion tracking, the camera is designed to be an all-in-one solution for those seeking to enhance the safety of their homes. However, despite its impressive feature set, this camera has garnered significant negative feedback from users, especially those who have had it in operation for more than a couple of months.

Initial Impressions

For first-time CCTV users, the CP PLUS EZ-P21 may initially appear to be a great purchase. The setup process is relatively straightforward, and the camera's range of features, such as two-way talk, SD card support (up to 256GB), and an IR distance of 20 meters, are appealing. The camera is also marketed as being part of a trusted brand in the security industry, which may further encourage buyers to make a purchase.

Performance Over Time

Unfortunately, many customers have reported that the camera’s performance declines rapidly after the initial period of use. Common issues include poor connectivity, software bugs, and declining image quality. For instance, Vishal Malik, who had previously used other CP PLUS models, was disappointed with the EZ-P21's quality, describing it as "pretty bad" and "not worth it." Himanshu Chourasia focused on the camera’s poor picture quality, stating that it was so bad that he immediately attempted to return the product, only to find the return option unavailable. He regretted not purchasing the camera offline, where he could have verified its quality before buying.
